Hey everybody! I am Alexis Ariana and I am from Cincinnati, Ohio. Singing was my first love from a young age. I grew up going to church and listening to Gospel, Oldies music and R&B music, which to this day runs through my veins. I realized later on in life, that instead of being the next Beyoncé, or Janet Jackson, that I would try my hand at pursuing musical theatre.

While at Winton Woods High School, I was in my very first musical (The Music Man) and I was instantly hooked to musical theatre. I continued to do musicals throughout high school, and I decided to major in Musical Theater for college. In April 2023, I graduated with a BFA in Acting with a Musical Theater emphasis from Wright State University.

Though I embrace many theatrical styles, as an artist, I specialize in Pop/Rock and Jazz styles. If you’re casting your next Shug Avery, Aida, Catherine of Aragon, or in need of an enthusiastic Pop/Rock, Jazz, or R&B singer, I’m ya girl!

 

There are times were I need to “de-robe” from theatre, and that is when I lean on my hobbies. I LOVE TO COOK! Anything from pastas, chicken dishes, to my world famous peach cobbler (yes, it is the best if I do say so myself) is what I love to create when I get home. When I am not performing or cooking, you will find me watching movies, crocheting, hanging out with my family and friends, occasionally going to the gym and playing card games (let’s play a game of Spades while we are here!)
